Adam, Tristen, and Cameron are Eco3’s Home Energy Assessment experts

As the cold-weather months approach, the energy team at Ecolibrium3 wants to help ensure your home is prepared.

Sign up for a home assessment to learn more about your home’s energy use.  You will receive a detailed report after your assessment with home improvement suggestions and a personalized cost savings analysis.

Our current home assessment includes:

  • A home air leakage test using a blower door
  • Infrared imaging to identify cold leaks
  • HVAC and electrical system analysis
  • Metering appliance efficiencies
  • Going over utility usage to identify energy and cost savings
  • Energy saving installations
  • Detailed report after the assessment

It is important for everyone to have access to the information to make their home as efficient and comfortable as possible. That’s why we offer our services for free, along with additional weatherization if needed, to individuals who meet our Income Qualifications. For those who do not meet our income guidelines, we offer an out-of-pocket option.

The Home Energy Support Program is another great resource for Minnesota Power customers. This process is intended to talk you through any billing questions first. Then, you may be sent back to us for a free, smaller version of the home assessment if the Minnesota Power team decides your home may have an electric-related energy issue beyond billing.

Even though the winter months still feel far away, it’s important to start thinking about a home assessment now. We schedule nearly all our assessments during the cold weather months since. our infrared imaging gives us the best results with a 15 degree temperature difference or more from the inside to the outside. Our schedule fills up fast, so contact us soon to get in line!
