The Duluth Community Garden Program (DCGP) envisions a healthy community for all Duluthians. Their tool lending library program enables gardeners and members to check out gardening tools as well as kitchen supplies to help process food. DCGP has an array of gardening tools as well as different canning tools, food dehydrators, apple peelers and corers, juicers, sausage makers and more.
