One Roof Community Housing Tool Lending Library
One Roof Community Housing is a non-profit organization, founded in 2012 by the merger of Northern Communities Land Trust and Neighborhood Housing Services. Its services range from affordable homeownership opportunities, homeownership counseling, home and rental rehab lending and down payment assistance, resources and support for positive tenant landlord relations, and a tool-lending library.
One Roof hosts a Community Tool Lending Library that is open to all Duluth residents to check out, free of charge, just like a library. The tool lending library includes a variety of power and hand tools for all types of home improvement projects and home repairs, both indoors and out. Note: Due to COVID-19, the lending library is currently closed.
