Ecolibrium3 is pleased to announce our newest staff member, Lu Starr. Lu has joined the Ecolibrium3 staff as a part-time bookkeeper. In this role, Lu will support essential functions that allow us to do our work responsibly and efficiently.
Lu studied Business Administration, focusing on small business development, at Bemidji State University. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in 2020. Lu’s previous bookkeeping experience includes several small businesses, including her family restaurant. She also worked as a bookkeeper for the University of Minnesota.
In addition to her keen mathematical mind, Lu also uses her talents in visual arts. Her work is interdisciplinary, prioritizing sustainable design and art accessibility. Prior to joining us at Ecolibrium3, Lu has worked throughout Minnesota in a variety of roles, including starting her own business creating beautiful, unique accessories and jewelry.
We are excited to have Lu join our staff! Not only does she bring essential support for day-to-day operations, but she also brings a creative, positive, community-focused approach to her work that will advance our mission.
