Eco3 Urban Farm

Producing fresh food and serving as a space for education and community building.

About the Farm

The Eco3 Urban Farm is a two-acre site with two 3,000 square foot high tunnels, perennial fruit and flower gardens, raised beds, and developed fields. It is part of the sustainable food systems program at Ecolibrium3. The space is an innovative partnership between Ecolibrium3 and Lake Superior College. It provides opportunities for social connectedness, by bridging residents, students, growers, and food entrepreneurs. The Eco3 Urban Farm produces fresh food and serves as a space for education and community building.

Woman in red coat and winter cap faces the camera, gesturing as she talks. She is addressing a small group of college students, some with backpacks, who are facing away from the camera. They are all in a large greenhouse, with a few plants in the background.
