The goal of the Equitable Community Solar Report is to provide guidance for establishing community solar projects while promoting racial and economic equity. The report defines what makes community solar equitable and brings forth objectives that programs working towards increased equity can aim for. It offers high level objectives directly targeted at the improvement for traditionally marginalized communities.
