Emma is serving as Ecolibrium3’s Project Management and Administrative Lead. In this role, she assists with the creation and maintenance of project management systems to support the efficient launch and operation of the Energy Training Corps. She also works to collect and analyze feedback from members and program staff to facilitate continued improvement and iteration of processes. Emma graduated from Northland College in 2022 with a B.S in Natural Resources emphasizing Forestry, and a minor in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems. In her free time, Emma enjoys staying active, being near Lake Superior, and tending to her gardens.
