Duluth Superior Metropolitan Interstate Council

The Duluth Superior Metropolitan Interstate Council (MIC) sets priorities for federal dollars on existing and future transportation projects using a continuing, cooperative, and comprehensive planning process. MIC works to identify issues, assess conditions, gather public input, and prioritize infrastructure investments to meet current and future needs. The overall goal of the Duluth Superior MIC is to work towards a transportation system that serves all users.
