DTA UPass Program

The DTA (Duluth Transit Authority) U-Pass Program offers unlimited rides for students, part-time students, faculty, and staff in the Twin Ports area. In order to qualify for the program, participants must provide photo ID from a collegiate institution enrolled in the U-Pass program. U-Pass helps to alleviate the tight parking issue on campus and encourages sustainable transportation.
