Defining the Agricultural Landscape of the Western Lake Superior Region, a report funded by the Healthy Foods, Healthy Lives Institute, Dept. of Food Science and Nutrition, and the University of Minnesota, examines the agricultural landscape of Northeast Minnesota and Northwest Wisconsin, including its capacity to provide food. The report determines that our region can produce enough food for the people that live in the region today and in the future, as well as a regional diet.
