Community Action BikePlus Program

The Community Action BikePlus Program is designed for families and/or individuals entering back into the workforce from incarceration. It encourages bike use for work transportation but also for health benefits. Based on a participants’ unique needs, the program works to provide them with a refurbished bicycle, helmet, lock, water bottle, and bike accessories. Children are welcome to participate as well.

Not only does this program benefit the participants directly, by encouraging bike use in Duluth, it is helping to build a more sustainable future.
