While developing our Pay It Forward PPE program, a volunteer-run assembly of face shields for medical workers, we’ve developed a way to show our appreciation for the volunteers and at the same time support the commercial corridor in the neighborhood we serve.
Enter the Main Street LNPK card, a virtual gift card just for Lincoln Park businesses.
That’s right – Lincoln Park spending power with no physical card. It works like this: people purchase Main Street LNPK cards online, then email, text, or print them for use in participating businesses. Ecolibrium3’s Main Street Lincoln Park handles sign ups and trouble-shooting at the neighborhood level for our merchants, and our technology partner Yiftee handles card sales, reminders to card holders, and technical assistance as needed.
We may be kicking off the Main Street LNPK gift card by providing them to our PPE volunteers, but anyone can purchase cards from this website. The wide variety of businesses in the Lincoln Park Craft District make them a great, flexible gift.
